Robert is an assistant professor of language and literature and PhD candidate at Matej Bel University in Banska Bystrica, Slovakia. His specialty is in regional and multicultural education. For the past seven years, he has been engaged in extra-curricular work with educating youth in the area. He is the founder of the Stephan Hudak House in Sliac, Slovakia where he organizes exhibits, lectures and field trips for local youth.

Robert has more than 20 years of experience as a interpreter, translator and teacher of English language. He created and editsTheNews.sk – an Internet portal for learners of English of all ages. He is also a founder of the community website Sliacdnes.sk which serves people of Sliac micro-region. Another significant projects are the following: Getting to Know Our Neighbors which was funded within the call Youth Response to Xenophobia and Racism in Europe – Open Society Institute> or A Region in Europe and others. He is also an author of a brochure – Základné pravidlá anglického jazyka (Basic Rules of English Language) which serves Slovak students as help tool for learning English. He has also been a local councilor since 2010. He lives in Sliac, district of Zvolen.
Treasurer: Mgr. Miroslava Borbélyová
Mirka is a teacher of English and Slovak languages in primary education. She organizes summer language camps, interest groups and private classes for children and adults. She takes part in several international projects, such as AIESEC: Educate Slovakia (Brazil, USA, Ukraine, Romania) and AIESEC: Bridge the cultures and lecturers abroad (Southend on the Sea, UK; Alaska, USA).
